ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING

At the end of 2006, we completed our new corporate administrative/services building, though it has not yet assumed its final form. Due to the company's continuous expansion in terms of number of employees and vehicles, and our ever-developing services portfolio, we need to enlarge the building with additional repair, sales, storage and administrative facilities. We anticipate finishing the construction of the second block of the building at the end of 2008.
